Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, improve sleep and much more. Unlike meditation which can sometimes be challenging and slow to learn, yoga breathing is very accessible, and you’ll feel results right from our first session.
No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone!
We will meet for 60 minute sessions once a week over the course of a month OR twice a week over the course of two weeks to develop a foundation and the basic knowledge needed to utilize breathing, as the beneficial tool it is, to better your life. You will be given a weekly homework assignment associated with practice through short daily exercises and will have access to email support between sessions in case you have any questions or would like to track your progress along the way.
