Returns/Jewelry Repairs

All sales at Free Expression Studio’s Collaborative Storefront are final.
If you deem it necessary for a return due to any issues with an item found after purchase, you must return item to storefront for inspection at which point you will either be issued a refund or will be connected with the artist/vendor to resolve the issue with a repair or replacement.

All items purchased from MN Jewelry Designs are backed with a satisfaction guarantee meaning if anything should happen to your piece such as the clasp, jump ring, stretch band or otherwise breaking due to repeated wear, repairs are available in store at no cost to you.

All items included in a Virtual Shop Drop can be shipped within the United States for a flat rate of $5 per order (larger items may be subject to additional shipping fee added into cost of item) with $2 additional shipping fee added per item

for orders containing ONLY stickers or greeting cards.

NOTE: Conscious Closet Apparel is processed through an on-demand printing company Bonfire to save on waste of back stock in store as well as the added convenience of being shipped straight to the buyer however this means shipping rates may vary.
