YOGA & WELLNESS FESTIVAL

YOU’RE INVITED!

 

Are you a yoga instructor, wellness coach, motivational speaker, nutrition expert, small business with handcrafted products related to wellness, local business looking to build awareness of your brand, or organization with free mental health/community resources to share?

We’d love to have you join us on Sunday, June 30th from 10AM to 3PM for the second annual Yoga and Wellness Festival in the Vines at Wit Cellars as a participating instructor/speaker for our main stage yoga or as a pop-up vendor in the vendor market (or both)!

MAINSTAGE YOGA/WELLNESS INSTRUCTORS & SPEAKERS
READ & COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:

- The event will run from 10AM to 3PM
- Time slots (roughly 20-30mins) will be drawn/assigned at random (no time slot is guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your preference as to whether you’d like to teach in AM 10-12PM or PM 12-3PM) and you will be notified by May 30th of your assigned time slot; arrive at least 30 minutes before your assigned time slot (Free admission into festival included in participation)

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS MAY 25TH

Note: Speakers will be allotted 5-10 minutes for a motivational/empowerment talk, breathwork practice, meditation, mini nutrition class etc. along lines of wellness. So you should plan some sort of short presentation/activity/speech for that time but it doesn’t have to be movement related and can be more general wellness related - to be a speaker is considered a volunteer role to help fill our schedule for the main stage so no fee is associated with this

POP-UP VENDORS
READ & COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:

- The event will run from 10AM to 3PM
- Set up will starts at 8AM; booths must be unloaded one hour prior to start time with all vehicles off the field/event area (by 9AM)
- Booth spaces are 10 x 10 with a $25 vendor booth fee to confirm spot/participation in vendor market
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth set up including tables, props, canopies, canopy weights, chairs etc. (Note: Event is located outside; please plan accordingly with a proper canopy, weights and shading for your booth)
- Vendors will get a shout out from the MC advertising their business/service

Note: Participating as a vendor in the vendor market with give you a 10x10 space to set up for advertising your business/selling product/promoting your services (and even doing consultations or mini sessions if you are a message therapist, nutrition coach, etc.), if you plan to be a speaker and would like to have a booth you will need to pay the vendor fee of $25
