Curious about Trapeze Yoga but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident using the yoga trapeze, a great way to dip your toe in before joining our Level 1 Classes!
During this 65 minute workshop, we’ll explore 3–5 fundamental poses (with plenty of modifications), and break down how to adjust each one to your body and comfort level. You’ll learn the basics of alignment, safe transitions, and how the trapeze can support both strength and deep release while practicing amongst others who are also experiencing their first hang.
We’ll end the workshop with extra guided support for your first inversion — offering lots of time to get comfortable going upside down at your own pace.
This workshop can be taken as many times as you’d like before moving into our Level 1 Trapeze classes. It’s a fun, playful, and supportive way to begin your trapeze journey!
