Participants begin with a short guided meditation/visualization tapping into a connection with your inner child to access a state of remembrance of your unique authentic expression and the ability to channel unfiltered imagination as we explore colors related to this experience.

Next, we will carry this energy into a healing through art activity called a Blind Poem Collage which challenges you to trust your intuition while utilizing different creative materials/techniques to help reveal subconscious messages buried within bringing clarity to the question: What part of your authentic self expression are you not honoring?

At the end of this workshop, walk away with a visual representation of your experience to serve as an anchor for continuing to nurture the connection to your authentic self-expression.
