Pop-Up Vendor Market Registration
*If you choose to participate on the Main Stage, you are still allowed to participate with a pop-up booth in the Vendor Market; please fill out both registration forms.
The vendor market will run from 10AM to 2PM at WIT Cellars
There are a limited number of 5 spots available for indoor spaces that will allow ONE 6ft table per vendor; first come, first serve for these spaces.
All remaining booth spaces available are allotted as 10 × 10 blocks.
Booth Deposit (Regardless of booth size):
Returning Vendors | $20 (Submit Payment of $25 and $5 will be reimbursed to you afterwards within 2-5 business days; or you may choose to contribute the additional $5 as a donation to Heartlinks)
New Vendors | $25
Other Important Notes:
Set up will start at 8AM and booths MUST be set up one hour prior to event start time with all vehicles off the field/event area (by 9AM)
Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth set up including tables, props, canopies, canopy weights, chairs etc.
