Main Stage Category

Wellness Instructors will lead a 15-30 minutes practice of your choice, movement based, sound healing, meditation, somatic practice, breath work etc.) Wellness Speakers/Presenters will be offered 5-10 minutes for an Aligned Insights session to share Wisdom in the Vines (which will be structured like a "TedTalk") with a chosen topic of yours that will help empower, inspire, open up or other wise challenge the average thinker. *You can participate in BOTH categories
